From bakery items to salads and bowls, Panera Bread has some delicious vegan options to choose from!

VEGANIZABLE MAINS

  • Mediterranean Veggie (order with no feta) on Sourdough, Country Rustic or Ciabatta bread. Add avocado as desired.
  • DIY veggie sandwich: Vegan bread and greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, avocado. Vegan condiments include: mustard, oil & vinegar or vegan vinaigrette. You should skip the cheese, mayo and aioli.

SALADS

  • Any basic salad without cheese, meat and egg are vegan.
  • Dressing: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Greek Vinaigrette, or Lemon Tahini (where available).

Soups

  • Check daily availability or vegan soups like Ten Vegetable or Black Bean when they rotate in. These are not always guaranteed.

  • Classic Sourdough (loaf/bowl)

Breakfast

  • Oatmeal made with water; vegan bagel with avocado; simple toast on vegan bread with jam/peanut butter (check jam/honey and peanut butter ingredients).

Are Panera’s bagels vegan?

The Plain, Everything, Blueberry, and Sesame Bagels are all vegan at Panera!
