2 tbsp cornflour
A little oil for frying
For the waffle batter:
250g sweet potato (or two sweet potatoes), cooked
2 tbsp baking powder
140g oats
140g plain flour
A pinch of salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
240ml plant milk
A little coconut oil for frying
For the maple chilli sauce:
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp chilli flakes
A sprinkle of sea salt
