What we love best about this recipe is that it perfectly mimics the standard British breakfast in its familiarity and tastiness whilst keeping it plant-based. All of your familiar favourites can be found on the plate, it’s just some will be vegan now!

If you’re like us, it might be a good idea to add some toast (or French toast) to the mix also. But, even without, this has a classic line-up of sausages, tomoatoes, mushrooms, hash browns and baked beans, but mixes it up a little with sourdough bread and avocado.

4 Moving Mountains Superfood Sausages (or similar)
2 portions mixed cherry tomatoes
2 portobello mushrooms
4 hash browns
1 avocado
1 tin baked beans
1 slice sourdough bread

Method

1. First, cook your Moving Mountains Superfood Sausages (or equivalent) and hash browns following the on-pack instructions.
2. Whilst your sausages and hash browns cook, you can begin to prepare your other components.
3. In a fresh pan, fry your tomatoes and mushrooms in olive oil and toss in mixed herbs, salt and pepper.
4. Next, heat up your baked beans in a saucepan and slice (or smash!) your fresh avocado.
5. Finally, toast your sourdough bread and serve up your full English. Season to taste with salt, pepper and your favourite condiments.
