Vegan & Vegetarian Thai Dishes
Traditional Thai cooking often relies on fish sauce and animal-based ingredients, which can make it challenging for those following a plant-based diet. Rosa’s Thai offers a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes, carefully adapted from authentic recipes to retain the original taste. Look for the ‘V’ symbol on the menu, these dishes can be made fully vegetarian or vegan upon request.

Starters
- Veggie Platter for 2 – Fresh summer rolls, sweetcorn fritter bites, kale tempura, veggie spring rolls, pumpkin crackers
- Pumpkin Crackers
- Crispy Pad Cha Aubergine – Makhuea Tod Krop Kap Sot Phat Cha. A Rosa’s classic, first served in our original Spitalfields restaurant. Crisp-fried aubergine with sticky pad cha sauce of galangal, lemongrass, black pepper and lime leaves.
- Summer Rolls – Colourful crunchy veggies, herbs, vermicelli noodles and peanut dressing, wrapped in soft rice paper. Served with spicy dipping sauce.
- Veggie Spring Rolls – Crunchy cabbage, carrot, celery and soft vermicelli noodles, crisp-fried & served with our own sweet chilli sauce.
- Kale Tempura – Dusted with tom yum powder and served with sweet chilli sauce.
- Sweetcorn Fritter Bites – Golden and crispy corn bites with kaffir lime leaves & red curry paste. Served with our sweet chilli sauce.

- Gaeng Kiew Wan – Veg & tofu with a spicy and aromatic curry
- Gaeng Dang – Veg & tofu curry with aromatic curry paste, creamy coconut milk, Thai aubergine, bamboo shoots and herbs
- Gaeng Panang Curry – Veg & tofu curry with a balance of salty, sweet and spicy flavours, with a kick of lime leaves, krachai and Thai aubergine
- Khao Soi Noodle Soup – Veg in a creamy broth made with red curry paste, fresh vegetables, herbs and noodles

- Pad Metmamuang – A classic stir fry with veg & tofu and mushrooms
