- Butter Bean & Confit Garlic Dip – Bold Bean butter beans and crispy chickpeas with confit garlic. Topped with jalapeño oil and served with tortilla chips.
- House Nachos – Black beans, crema, guacamole, pink pickled onions, queso cheese sauce, fresh tomato salsa and jalapeño.
- Two Soft Tortilla Tacos – With roast ancho mushroom and white bean and garlic purée, salsa and jalapeño allioli. Or Plantain with Chipotle hibiscus glaze, crema, in two soft corn tortillas.

- Sunshine Bowl – A vibrant bowl of 30 plants, with avocado, sautéed corn, spinach, quinoa, black beans and our coconut-lime dressing. With garlic sweet potato.
- Roast Ancho Mushroom Burrito – With Black beans, rice, cheese, salsas, and slaw. Topped with guacamole and pico de gallo. Served with tortilla chips
